REFUND POLICY
No Refund or exchange is possible
-in case of any mistake in the order from our side, item will be replaced within 7-
10 working days, subject to informing us within 5 days from the delivery date- 
CANCELLATION POLICY
Customer cannot cancel or change their order once order is placed.

Shipping within the UAE:

Shipping takes 7-10 working days by a third-party courier company.

In sales periods shipping might extend by 3 more days.

Shipping charges is covered by the customer with a flat shipping rate of  AED 30 on domestic orders.

Confirmation email will be sent to client once the order is out for delivery,  and delivery will be within 2 working days. in case of no contact from courier company it’s the client responsibility to follow up by email or instagram.

Shipping international:

Shipping takes 7-21 working days by a third-party courier company. Shipping charges is covered by the customer and delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location.
