Shipping within the UAE:
 

Shipping takes 7-10 working days by a third-party courier company.
 

In sales periods shipping might extend by 3 more days.
 

Shipping charges is covered by the customer with a flat shipping rate of  AED 30-50 on domestic orders.
 

Confirmation email will be sent to client once the order is out for delivery,  & delivery will be within 2 working days. in case of no contact from courier company it’s the client responsibility to follow up by email or Instagram.

Shipping takes 7-21 working days by a third-party courier company.
 

Shipping charges is covered by the customer and delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location.

REFUND POLICY

No Refund or exchange is possible in case of any mistake in the order from our side, item will be replaced within 7-10 working days, subject to informing us within 5 days from the delivery date- 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer cannot cancel or change their order once order is placed. 

ORDERING POLICY

All abayas are free size, customers can only change the length. All requested changes added in the notes will not be followed in case of free size option. For any mistakes in the delivered items, kindly contact us within a 5 days of delivery, share a video of the abaya while measuring using a tape to show the
mistake. Then, a collection will be scheduled for pickup item for alterations. No return. 

Alteration or exchange are not possible post-delivery in case the customer chose a wrong size and wants to change the size. Therefore, kindly ensure you choose the correct size before ordering.
